Equimax

Contains ivermectin for routine worm control and praziquantel one of the world's most effective tapeworm treatments.

Ideally Equimax should be used at the beginning and end of the grazing season to provide maximum control against roundworms, tapeworms and bots in the spring and autumn ensuring your horse starts and ends the year as free as possible from worm infection.

Each syringe is uniquely designed for ease of use and will treat up to 700 Kg bodyweight.

Equimax Tabs

The new Equimax palatable tablets are available from us now. For the treatment of mixed cestodes, nematode and arthropod infestations, due to adult and immature roundworms, lungworms, bots and tapeworms in horses.

Each tube contains 8 tablets and should be
administered at 1 tablet/100kg. Withdrawal period: 35 days

Equest

Over 90% of all small redworm found in your horse will be encysted larvae. These will not show up on an egg count so the level of infection can be difficult to access, but because of the unique way Moxidectin (the active Ingredient in Equest) works.

Equest is the only wormer licensed to control all stages of encysted small redworm in a single dose. Equest also remains in the horses system for a further 2 weeks once treated thereby reducing the horses risk of re-infection and pasture contamination.

Equest also has a lower toxicity to dung dwelling insects than the ivermectin based wormers. This again reduces pasture contamination as these insects help clear the pastures of dung.

Equest Pramox

Equest Pramox is a unique combination equine wormer. Containing moxidectin and praziquantel, this SINGLE dose combination wormer controls: roundworms, bots, all 3 species of tapeworm, and all stages of the harmful and potentially fatal encysted small redworm larvae. A palatable gel, EQUEST PRAMOX is presented in an easy to use syringe, and has a 13-week dosing interval. Recommended to be used in the spring and autumn to control of tapeworm.

Panacur Guard

A 5 day course easily administered by mixing with your horses daily feed. It is effective against all stages of small redworms (including encysted larvae), large redworms and pinworms.

It is recommended that Equine Guard is used in late October/November and again in February to combat the mass emergence of encysted mucosal small red worm

Exodus

Exodus contains the active ingredient Pyrantel Embonate making it an effective treatment against large and small redworms , ascarids and pinworms. Tapeworms are also controlled by using a double dose.

Pyratape P

Pyratape P contains the active ingredient Pyrantel Embonate making it an effective treatment against large and small redworms , ascarids and pinworms.

Tapeworms are also controlled by using a double dose.

Maximec paste

Oral paste for horses. Contains 1.87% ivermectin for the treatment and control of adult and immature roundworms, lung worms and bots
